Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our executives and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in sales management is a significant advantage and will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and presentation.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in sales management tasks, including client communication, sales tracking, and report generation.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by executives.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the office, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in sales management or related field is an added advantage.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
