Job Description:
Fruition Builders is looking for a reliable and skilled Virtual Assistant to become the right hand to Richard Hale, founder of Salt Lake City’s most trusted custom home builder. The ideal candidate should handle tasks efficiently, communicate clearly, and work with minimal supervision.
We’re a Utah-born, family-owned company built on radical transparency and meticulous craftsmanship. We don’t just build homes — we build trust. Your job is to keep the business running like a precision build: organized, proactive, and one step ahead.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Richard’s inbox, draft client emails, and track follow-ups
- Run a complex, changing calendar — schedule meetings, subs, and site walks
- Coordinate project timelines, vendors, and material deliveries
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and client-ready documents
- Organize digital files, permits, and plans in Dropbox/Google Drive
- Handle QuickBooks admin: invoices, receipts, P&L support
- Update CRM, project dashboards, and lead pipelines
- Build SOPs and templates that turn chaos into systems
- Schedule social media posts and basic content uploads
- Act as the communication bridge between Richard, clients, and subcontractors
Requirements:
- 1+ year as a Virtual Assistant or similar admin role
- Proficient in Gmail/Outlook, Google Workspace, Dropbox, QuickBooks
- CRM + project tracking tools experience
- Excellent written communication and obsessive attention to detail
- Construction or real estate background is a strong plus
- Self-starter who works independently in a remote setting
- Discretion with confidential business matters
