Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to customers.
- Resolve complaints and issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain customer records and track inquiries using internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve customer concerns.
- Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements.
- Provide daily and weekly activity reports when required.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is an added advantage.
