Job Overview

The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative support across multiple functions, helping maintain organization, support reporting needs, manage digital communication tasks, and assist internal stakeholders with daily operational needs.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support team efficiency and organization.
  • Create spreadsheet reports to track key performance indicators and assist with data management.
  • Support Sales Leaders with administrative tasks that help streamline workflows and internal coordination.

Customer Interaction & Social Media Support

  • Respond to Google reviews in a professional and timely manner.
  • Post and schedule content across social media accounts as directed.
  • Monitor engagement and report basic social media activity when needed.

General Support & Coordination

  • Assist with general office coordination, including schedule management and email support.
  • Help manage digital tools and platforms used for communication and task tracking.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with Google review management and social media posting.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage and schedule content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

  • Reports are well organized and useful for internal tracking.
