Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting visually engaging designs, including graphics, logos, and branding materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating on design projects, adhering to brand guidelines, and contributing to innovative visual solutions that strengthen our brand identity.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
- Understanding of Branding and creating cohesive visual identities
- Strong skills in Typography and attention to detail in design
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and project requirements
- Strong communication, time management, and collaborative skills
- A portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the e-commerce, retail, or gifting industry is a plus
