The company is experiencing significant growth and is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their operations remotely.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the senior leadership team, managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role will involve calendar management, travel coordination, and office support, ensuring that all business functions run smoothly.
Location & Working Hours
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Responsibilities:
- Travel and Calendar Management
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Manage calendars for the leadership team, ensuring meetings are properly scheduled and time is allocated efficiently.
- Handle travel logistics and booking for company events or conferences.
- Office and Administrative Support
- Oversee general office maintenance, including organizing cleaning services and restocking supplies.
- Support general office needs such as food orders, meeting organization, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Communication and Coordination
- Act as a liaison for the leadership team, ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with organizing team meetings and conferences, including preparing materials and ensuring proper setup.
- Research and Procurement
- Conduct product research and provide recommendations for office supplies, tools, or software.
- Handle procurement tasks to support the operational needs of the company.
