Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to take charge of the sales funnel, handle warm leads, and lead a small sales team. This is a consultative sales role, where your primary focus will be to engage, educate, and guide prospects through the enrollment process, using a compassionate and thoughtful approach. You’ll work closely with the leadership team, ensuring smooth conversions and a quality client experience.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM ET
Responsibilities:
- Daily Responsibilities:
- Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to warm leads in our CRM.
- Send personalized follow-up emails and text messages to prospects.
- Maintain detailed notes and update lead status in CRM.
- Schedule discovery calls and info sessions for qualified prospects.
- Follow structured outreach sequences to move leads through the funnel.
- Track daily/weekly activity metrics and conversion rates.
- Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified inquiry to enrollment.
- Report directly to the CMO with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Client Engagement & Follow-up:
- Serve as the main point of contact for high-value prospects, offering a compassionate, personalized enrollment experience.
- Act as a true consultant, educating prospects, understanding their unique motivations, and guiding them toward a confident “yes.”
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Refine and improve lead tracking, follow-up flows, and CRM hygiene.
- Develop systems to ensure no lead is lost, and every prospect receives timely, thoughtful communication.
- Cultural Stewardship:
- Embody and champion a heart-centered approach to business.
- Treat every prospect as a human first, not a quota.
- Contribute to a values-aligned, inclusive sales culture that prioritizes long-term trust over short-term transactions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior-level sales, enrollment, or account management role with proven success in outbound sales, inside sales, or lead conversion roles.
- Familiarity with consultative, client-centered selling in high-consideration services (e.g., coaching, education, wellness).
- Strong organizational and systems-thinking mindset—able to design and implement better workflows.
- Demonstrated empathy, excellent communication skills, and a service-first orientation.
- Comfortable making 50+ calls per day.
- Experience with phone, email, and SMS outreach.
- Ability to maintain an organized pipeline in CRM.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening.
- Resilient mindset for handling objections and rejection.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mission-driven, inclusive, or non-traditional companies (e.g., B Corps, nonprofits, purpose-led startups).
- Understanding of or interest in coaching or the personal development space.
- Experience working in progressive organizations.

- Prospective students consistently express feeling seen, heard, and valued.
- You help 10-15 students enroll per month, while building deep relationships with long-term prospects.
