Entry-Level Operations Assistant (No Experience Required) – Remote, Full-Time
Salary: $700–$900 USD/month to start + performance bonuses
Location: Remote
Schedule: Mon–Fri, flexible hours with 2–4 hrs overlap with US time

The Role (We’ll Train You)
You’ll start as an Operations Assistant supporting our purchasing, purchase order and invoicing checks, and inventory updates. No prior experience is required. We’ll teach you our process step-by-step. Top performers grow.
Responsibilities:
Data & Admin: Update spreadsheets, keep records clean, file invoices, and prepare simple reports.
Orders & Inventory: Enter counts, track shipments, flag low stock, and help prevent stockouts.
Quality Checks: Follow simple checklists to verify product details and log issues.
Supplier Support: Send emails, request quotes, and follow up for delivery dates.
Tool Support: Learn the basics of Shopify, ShipStation, and Google Sheets (training provided).
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail—you like getting things 100% right.
Comfortable with Google Sheets (basic formulas like SUM/COUNT) or eager to learn fast.
Clear written English; professional, friendly tone.
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work.
Proactive attitude.
Ask good questions
Follow instructions closely.
Nice-to-Haves (Not required, just a plus)
Any exposure to e-commerce tools (Shopify, ShipStation)
Experience with basic reporting or admin work
Familiarity with purchase orders or logistics
