Role of the Job

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll play a key role in driving multiple complex initiatives at once with precision, autonomy, and ruthless prioritization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing information, deadlines, team dynamics, and CEO focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Unblock projects and own follow-through to keep the business in sync and on track.
  • Support decision-making and stakeholder coordination across departments and time zones.
  • Handle sensitive and mission-critical matters with sharp judgment and complete discretion.
  • Act as a force multiplier to the Founder-CEO, driving initiatives and keeping the business on fire.
