Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 Monthly + Performance Incentives

We are recruiting a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fast-growing fintech company in the cross-border payments space.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients while supporting the growth of the company’s sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, target-driven, confident communicating with clients, and interested in building a career in fintech and B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients including SMEs, importers/exporters, corporates, and businesses with international payment needs
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, referrals, and other approved channels
- Introduce the company’s cross-border payment and FX solutions to prospects
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, transaction volume, payment corridors, and pain points
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team
- Maintain and manage prospect pipelines effectively
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to drive engagement
- Track outreach activities, lead status, and follow-up progress using CRM tools and tracking sheets
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, meetings booked, and pipeline development
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Telesales, Customer Acquisition, Lead Generation, or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and engaging potential clients
- Ability to confidently speak with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, or sales platforms is an advantage
- Experience in fintech, banking, FX, logistics, trade, import/export, or B2B sales is a plus
- Customer Support or Customer Experience professionals with strong client engagement skills are encouraged to apply
