Job Overview
- We are looking for a friendly, result-driven, and organized Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions and ensure excellent service delivery.
- This role is ideal for someone who can respond to inquiries, provide timely updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
- You will be a key point of coordination, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
- Provide timely updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Support client onboarding and documentation processes.
- Monitor service quality and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Good multitasking and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
