Responsibilities:
You would track and analyze developments across crypto markets, digital assets, and related financial ecosystems.
That may include:
- monitoring crypto market trends, narratives, and price behavior
- tracking liquidity, exchange activity, and market structure
- analyzing adoption themes across wallets, custody, payments, and infrastructure
- following stablecoins, DeFi, major protocols, and institutional market activity
- identifying shifts in market sentiment and user behavior
- preparing market updates, research notes, and insight summaries
- separating short-term speculation from longer-term market signals
- translating market developments into clear, decision-useful insight
The work is not about predicting every move.
It is about understanding the market well enough to explain what matters.
What makes someone strong in this role
The strongest candidates are naturally curious and market-aware.
They follow price action, but they do not stop there. They look at behavior, liquidity, positioning, wallet flows, custody preferences, ecosystem changes, and adoption signals.
They understand that crypto markets are shaped by more than charts.
Trust, access, infrastructure, regulation, custody, and user behavior all matter.
You should be able to take a messy market environment and produce a clear view.
Qualifications/Requirements:
You should bring:
- 3+ years of experience in market analysis, research, trading support, financial analysis, strategy, or adjacent analytical roles
- strong understanding of crypto markets, digital assets, and market structure
- ability to synthesize market information into clear written insight
- comfort working with fast-moving and sometimes incomplete information
- strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- ability to connect market developments with broader business and adoption implications
- interest in custody, self-custody, liquidity, exchange behavior, and digital asset infrastructure
Experience in crypto, fintech, financial services, market research, trading, investment research, consulting, or digital asset infrastructure is highly valued.
