The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing prompt, professional support to customers by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction in line with company standards.
Responsibilities:
– *Customer Support*: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person with accurate information
– *Issue Resolution*: Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
– *Record Keeping*: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system
– *Product/Service Knowledge*: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to advise customers effectively

– *Follow-up*: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
– *Collaboration*: Liaise with sales, technical, and logistics teams to address customer needs
– *Reporting*: Submit daily/weekly reports on customer feedback, common complaints, and service trends
Requirements:
– *Education*: OND/HND/BSc in any discipline. Certificates in Customer Service or related field is an added advantage
– *Experience*: 2-3 years customer service experience preferred
– *Skills*:
– Excellent verbal and written communication
– Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel (Spreadsheet) and CRM software
– Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
– Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
– *Attributes*: Professional, proactive, team player, high integrity
*Working Conditions*
– *Hours*: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. May include weekends or shifts based on business needs
– *Environment*: Office-based with occasional remote support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦120,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher National Diploma (Preferred)

- Demand officer, Business relations.: 2 years (Required)
