Full job description
FGS Talent Solutions UK is looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients and candidates with inquiries, support the recruitment process, and maintain accurate records of communications. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and professional service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client and candidate inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records of all communications
- Assist with scheduling interviews and recruitment processes
- Support internal teams to improve service delivery
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
