Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines delivering exceptional customer support with identifying sales opportunities and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell relevant products while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers to convert enquiries into sales.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and market trends to effectively position offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to share sales strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive manner.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and leads simultaneously.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude when working towards targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems or sales tools is desirable.
  • Basic computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is advantageous but not essential—full training will be provided.
