Rain & Root Landscaping & Construction is a growing trade business based in Lincolnshire. We’re looking for a reliable, organised individual to help us manage incoming enquiries and keep our quotes pipeline on track.
This is a remote, part-time role suited to someone who’s detail-oriented, a clear communicator, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
– Responding to new customer enquiries via phone, email, or message
– Following up with leads and chasing outstanding quote responses
– Keeping a simple tracker up to date with lead and quote status
– Flagging urgent or time-sensitive enquiries to the director
Qualifications/Requirements:
– Good written and verbal communication
– Organised and reliable — you do what you say you’ll do
– Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and basic spreadsheets
– No specific qualifications required — we’ll train the right person
**Hours & Pay**
5–10 hours per week, flexible around agreed windows. £11–£13/hr depending on experience.
