About the Role
- Be the first data hire at a data-rich AI search company
- Build our entire analytics infrastructure from the ground up
- Work with unique datasets about how AI systems cite and rank content
- Partner directly with product and GTM teams to drive growth
- Define how we measure success and make decisions
About You
We need someone who sees stories in data. Someone who:
- Gets genuinely excited about finding patterns others miss
- Balances perfectionism with pragmatism – insights now beat perfect later
- Communicates complex findings in simple, actionable ways
- Thinks like a detective but builds like an engineer
- Wants their work to directly impact product and business decisions
Responsibilities:
- Design and build our data warehouse and analytics stack from scratch
- Create dashboards that become the heartbeat of the company
- Uncover insights about AI search behavior that no one else has
- Build predictive models for customer behavior and platform growth
- Enable self-serve analytics while maintaining data quality and governance
