Job summary
This role is for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven professional who will be the go-to person for everything operational ensuring that chapters are aligned, leadership is supported, decisions are tracked, and nothing falls through the cracks.

- Membership & Community Systems.
- Communications & Documentation.
- Stakeholder & Partner Liaison.
- Systems & Process Optimization.
- Representation & Travel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts Administration, Communications, International Development, or related field.
- Minimum of 1- 5 years’ experience in senior administration, operations, or executive support roles.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across regions or countries.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and manage complexity with confidence.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
