Reliable Recruit are looking to hire a long-term Office Administrator for our clients operation in Oldham, supporting various administrative aspects of the business
Responsibilities:
- Frontline support to customer, supporting their needs
- Answering customer calls and emails and responding with good etiquette
- Processing orders
- Maintaining customer, supplier and product records
- Using various software’s including Microsoft Office
- Filing, Data Entry and General Business Administration
Benefits:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00-16:30 Monday to Friday
- 37-40 hours per week after breaks
- £15.00 p/h
- 3-6 Months initially. Potentially perm dependant on volumes and suitability
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous and Recent Office Administration experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent email and phone etiquette
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members, customers and suppliers
- Able to start fairly immediately
