Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry systems
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
- Upsell relevant products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities
- Analyse customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Follow established phone etiquette standards to ensure professional communication at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyse information effectively and provide solutions accordingly
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services tactfully
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience with analysis tools or CRM software is a plus

Pay: £20,280.00-£25,350.00 per year
