Hine Labels, a leading label manufacturer based in Rotherham, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our busy and supportive team.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing role combining day-to-day customer service with basic account management responsibilities. You will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from order to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Managing customer accounts and providing repeat pricing where required
  • Liaising with production and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow
  • Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience (manufacturing or printing desirable, but not essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage
