About the Role
This is a customer-facing role combining day-to-day customer service with basic account management responsibilities. You will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from order to delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing customer accounts and providing repeat pricing where required
- Liaising with production and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience (manufacturing or printing desirable, but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage
