Job Overview
The Customer Service and Administrative Representative will provide outstanding customer support while assisting with essential administrative tasks. This role involves managing customer inquiries across multiple channels, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily operational needs. The ideal candidate will bring industry knowledge in dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or a related field, along with strong organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing clear and helpful information about products, orders, and account details.
- Assist both existing and new customers, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Manage inquiries from platforms including Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide patient and empathetic support, particularly to senior customers who may require additional guidance.
Administrative Support
- Update and maintain customer records, files, and documentation accurately.
- Assist with office operations, including filing, tracking, and organizing information.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Platform Management
- Utilize Gorgias or similar ticketing systems to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Support order management and customer service processes within Amazon Seller Central (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications:
Experience
- Background in dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with customer service, ideally with platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience managing customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for administrative responsibilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
- Empathetic and patient approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer support.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
