Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support administrative and records management tasks in a professional healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data entry, maintain organized documentation, and protect confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into internal systems and databases
- Verify records for accuracy and correct discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Handle emails and general clerical duties
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and business information
- Support office staff with daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
