Schedule:
You will be working two shifts a week including a Sunday; 2.00pm – 10.15pm. Weekday shift flexible start time between 4.00-6.00pm – 10.15pm
The Role:
We are currently seeking an Evening Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, have strong communication, organizing skills, enjoy talking to people and have an interest in selling. This role involves handling customer enquiries, inputting/processing customer orders via our app ordering, phone, email and specialised PO ordering system whilst using our in house system, resolving issues, providing exceptional customer service, enjoying yummy food.

Responsibilities:
– Communicate effectively with customers and process customer orders via telephone, email and web based platforms – Provide assistance and information to customers via phone or email – Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently – Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products applicable to their requirements – Upsell products to increase sales on supplier focus days and in house daily/weekly focus’s with incentives – Maintain customer records and update information as needed – Process customer orders via phone and web based platform
Requirements:
Our Ideal Candidate will be someone who has: – Strong phone etiquette and communication skills – The confidence & ability to analyse customer requirements effectively – Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude – Confidence to upsell and promote lines to customers – Time efficient – Highly organised with a strong ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with different departments and teams across the business
