Job overview
We are recruiting for a positive, organized and team focused individual to join our Mozzo Customer Service team. As one of the first point of contact for Mozzo, you will shape and build the relationships we have with our Mozzo Partners across the UK and other international markets.

This is a pivotal office based role, where the successful applicant will form a vital cog in the daily customer communication and information flow between Mozzo staff working in the Roastery and out in the field.
Responsibilities:
- One of the key first receivers answering incoming telephone calls to the business; either directing the call to the right contact or handling the query personally.
- Collating customer orders placed by phone, email, online and via purchasing systems
- Accurate processing of customer orders through Mozzo’s Sales and Inventory system
- Preparation and handover of delivery notes for despatching by the Mozzo Roastery Team
- Printing of shipping labels required for all customer orders
- Resolving any issues that may arise with customer orders to include rectifying mis deliveries, returns of products and more.
- Fielding any enquiries from customers relating to products or services provided by Mozzo
- Communicating proactively on a daily basis across the Mozzo business with regards to customer questions, concerns and/or issues.
- Ensure that all customer information is kept accurate and up to date across all IT systems used by Mozzo (including Sage; Shopify; DPD; UPS).
- Providing a personal, proactive level of service that exceeds customer expectations at all times.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Friendly and confident telephone manner
- Accurate and fast data entry skills
- Compassionate and supportive customer manner
- Ability to multitask and self prioritise
- Sound computer (excel/word) and basic IT skills
- Strong written and spoken English essential
- Ability to work independently, multitask while managing a varied workload
- A positive and support team player
- Experience working in a Hospitality environment (preferred)
- Enjoyment of coffee (preferred)

Hours of Work –
- 8:30 am – 5:30 pm *
- Monday – Friday
*Includes 1 Hour Unpaid Lunch Break.
Holiday Allowance –
- 25 Days per year
- + Bank Holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
