Job Description:
Corpay is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst within our ALE Solutions division! You’ll partner with business stakeholders and product teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and support technology solutions aligned with ALE’s objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and document business requirements to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs
- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Develop functional, conceptual, and logical design specifications
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
- Create and maintain detailed requirements documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flow diagrams)
- Translate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements
- Support solution validation through UAT coordination and requirements traceability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, product teams, and technical resources
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst in software product development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with SDLC deliverables (Agile Framework)
- Proficient in Visio, Office, and Excel
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- High energy, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
