Job Description:
Progressive is seeking a skilled Data Analyst – Enterprise Quality to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team! You’ll coordinate quality reviews, develop procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine quality review procedures and scoring metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on enterprise quality goals
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to track quality metrics
- Analyze data and identify trends using Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Present quality metrics and recommendations to executives and collaborators
Requirements:
- 3+ years of analytical work experience (or Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field)
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, and ITIL
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with performance dashboard reports and dashboard development
