About the Role

At Mentor, everything we do is built around our mission: To equip care providers with secure, intuitive software that puts young people at the heart of care, driving safer, stronger outcomes.

Our software helps children’s homes and care providers evidence the incredible work they do every day. The moment a new provider finds us, that first conversation matters. That’s where you come in.

Why This Role Matters

Every children’s home and care provider we speak to is working hard to keep young people safe. They deserve tools that support them properly, and someone who takes the time to understand what they’re facing.

We’re building something that genuinely helps the people in these organisations, freeing up their time to spend with the young people in their care. You’ll play a meaningful part in that from day one. This isn’t a corporate machine, it’s a human, thoughtful, ambitious team that cares deeply about the experience our customers and our people have every day.
