Join our small team as a Data Entry Clerk/Analyst and become a vital part of our data management and analysis operations! In this role, you will handle large volumes of data with precision, ensuring accuracy and organization across various platforms. Your keen eye for detail and strong computer skills will support our operational efficiency, enabling seamless data collection, entry, and analysis. You must live within travelling distance of our main site in Abergele and possess the necessary visas to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data across multiple databases with speed and accuracy
  • Verify data integrity by reviewing information for completeness and correctness before entry
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, organize data sets, and generate reports that support decision-making processes
  • Manage filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of physical and digital documents
  • Complete clinic rotas and update our clinical system with clinic availability
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends or discrepancies that require further investigation or action

Requirements:

  • Proven clerical experience with a focus on data entry and administrative tasks in an office setting
  • Familiarity with databases and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel functions like pivot tables
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy rates; comfortable with high-volume data input
  • Basic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing simple calculations
  • Experience in filing, organizing documents, and maintaining systematic records
  • Knowledge of data collection methods and the ability to support transcription or documentation projects
  • Prior office experience demonstrating organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
