From digital campaigns to packaging, in‑store displays to brand activations, you’ll play a key role in shaping how people see, feel and experience Neal’s Yard Remedies.
Responsibilities:
Designing creative assets across digital channels, print materials and experiential environments
Collaborating with our Creative Director, the Studio Manager and teams across the business to develop compelling concepts
Maintaining and evolving brand consistency across all visual outputs
Managing multiple projects with clarity, organisation and strong communication
Producing technically accurate, high‑quality artwork for both digital and print
Bringing ideas to life through motion design or 3D work (a bonus, not essential)
Staying curious — spotting trends, exploring new techniques and sharing inspiration to push creativity forward
Qualifications/Requirements:
A strong design background — ideally in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, luxury or fashion
Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) with confidence in Keynote, Microsoft Office and Figma
3 years plus design experience
Experience or interest in motion design; 3D or packaging design is a plus
A collaborative mindset, with enthusiasm and a can‑do attitude
Strong visual storytelling skills and a passion for design and branding
Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organisation and attention to detail
A proactive, adaptable approach — comfortable working in a fast‑paced creative environment
