The Customer Service and Sales Executive at Wildcare plays a key role in supporting the business by delivering a high standard of customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of sales administration. Acting as a primary point of contact for both business and consumer customers, the postholder will manage enquiries, process orders, and provide accurate information on Wildcare’s products and services. The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure an efficient and positive customer experience. All customer interactions should reflect Wildcare’s commitment to professionalism, care, and excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide customer service and sales support to both B2B and B2C customers
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer service enquiries via telephone and email
  • Issue VAT receipts as required
  • Respond to phone sales enquiries and assist customers with purchases
  • Ensure orders are dispatched promptly and provide delivery updates where needed
  • Manage proof of delivery requests, liaise with couriers, and arrange collections
  • Process returns and refunds in line with company procedures
  • Respond professionally to customer complaints and poor reviews, seeking effective resolutions
  • Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities
  • Chase payment for cash accounts and take deposits where required
  • Complete supplier onboarding documentation for customers
  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to the role as required by the business

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or administration role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when processing orders and handling documentation
  • Confident telephone manner and professional email communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
