In this role, you will assist clients and candidates with inquiries, support the recruitment process, and maintain accurate records of communications. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and professional service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client and candidate inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records of all communications
- Assist with scheduling interviews and recruitment processes
- Support internal teams to improve service delivery
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
