Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Proactively upsell and cross-sell relevant products while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and market trends to effectively position offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to share sales strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive manner.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and leads simultaneously.
- Resilience and a positive attitude when working towards targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems or sales tools is desirable.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is advantageous but not essential—full training will be provided.
