We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organized Customer Support & Virtual Assistant Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce, customer service, and admin support, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and various 3PL systems.This role supports general customer service operations, fulfillment coordination, TV segment preparation, and product listing tasks.If you are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment—this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer SupportProcess refunds, exchanges, and replacement orders.Handle customer inquiries through email, Shopify Inbox, and other communication platforms.Provide basic troubleshooting and customer assistance.Manage Shopify emails related to delayed shipments or product issues.Monitor Shipcube for order exceptions/on-hold items.Assist with MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) orders as needed.Process WROs and B2B orders.File and manage claims with Amazon and Shipbob.Resolve PayPal disputes and Shopify chargebacks.Coordinate TikTok fulfillment tasks.Provide customer support during TV segment campaigns.Communicate with 3PL partners regarding fulfillment, exceptions, and shipping issues

2. Virtual Assistant TasksTV Segment PreparationPrepare promotional checklists and assets.Update and organize product descriptions, images, and video materials.Set up Loop Returns workflows.Import Amazon reviews into Shopify via Loox.E-commerce & Internal OperationsMonitor and respond to Amazon feedback and buyer messages.Review and optimize Amazon product listings.Add, organize, and update products across platforms (e.g., Shopify, Flip).Process internal shipping requests for:MarissaImranKimaneeReview and audit Shipcube invoices.Assist with inventory management and stock checks.Upload and publish new products with accurate descriptions and details.

Qualifications:

2–3+ years of customer support or virtual assistant experience (e-commerce preferred).Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and 3PL platforms.Strong written communication skills with excellent English grammar.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Proficient with online tools (Gmail, GSheets, CRM systems, ticketing tools).Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Skills (but not required):Experience with Loox, Loop Returns, or other Shopify apps.Knowledge of e-commerce workflows, returns, refunds, and order fulfillment.Basic understanding of product listing optimization (Amazon/Shopify).Experience working with influencers or TV shopping segments (a plus).Work Setup:Remote workPart-time position (Hours may be extended depending on the volume of tasks)Must have a reliable internet connectionWillingness to work within required business hours (to be discussed)
