As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at triSaaS, your goal is simple: identify and qualify opportunities to introduce our software solutions to hospitality businesses.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in building our sales pipeline.
This role is perfect for someone ambitious, results-driven, and confident speaking with people. We’ll provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed, with clear career progression for high performers.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential hospitality customers
- Qualification: Understand each operator’s challenges and determine how triSaaS solutions can help
- Appointment Setting: Schedule demos and discovery calls for the sales team
- CRM Management: Keep our CRM up to date, logging interactions and follow-ups
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent triSaaS with confidence and enthusiasm
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tenacity, resilience, and a strong drive to succeed
- Comfortable working in a remote, goal-driven environment
