We are looking for a structured and reliable Customer Success Advisor to support our senior team in delivering excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.

This is an office-based role in Manchester.

The Role

You will support the Senior Customer Success Executive in managing client accounts, responding to queries, updating CRM systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication.

This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience who wants to grow within the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client queries via phone, email and messaging
  • Assisting with client onboarding and account setup
  • Updating and maintaining Monday.com CRM records
  • Supporting Google Ads and Meta Ads account checks
  • Preparing performance summaries and reports
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members
  • Assisting with retention follow ups
  • Supporting upsell coordination where appropriate
  • Maintaining organised and accurate client notes
  • Working closely with management to improve internal processes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years customer service experience
  • Confident communicating via phone, email and messaging
  • Experience using CMS or CRM systems
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing
  • Organised and detail oriented
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working within a marketing or digital agency
  • Familiarity with Google Ads
  • Experience supporting lead generation campaigns
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar CRM systems
