Job Description:
thatgamecompany is seeking a Data Reporting & Visualization Analyst to partner closely with Corporate Development and leadership to bring structure and visibility to key business metrics. You’ll design, build, and evolve Tableau dashboards and reporting systems that surface performance drivers, support strategic planning, and help teams move with confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Translate strategic and operational needs into KPI definitions and visualization plans
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for core business metrics
- Analyze performance data and present findings to stakeholders
- Continuously improve reporting workflows and visualization standards
- Explore AI-assisted analytics and automation workflows
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau (Desktop and Server)
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with data analysis and visualization
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
