Our client is an agile, fast-growing experience design studio supporting healthcare and life sciences brands through data-driven, AI-enhanced digital marketing. They take an integrated approach across SEO, paid media, analytics, and automation, helping organizations optimize performance across the entire funnel. Their focus on experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement enables clients to scale intelligently while staying ahead of industry and technology shifts.

Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will execute and optimize performance-driven marketing campaigns across paid media and SEO, supported by strong analytics and AI-accelerated workflows. This role is ideal for a marketer with 3–5 years of experience who excels in campaign execution, ad copywriting, performance analysis, and using AI to improve speed, quality, and outcomes. The specialist will support healthcare and life sciences clients by developing high-quality digital programs that prioritize compliance, accuracy, and measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution (Primary Focus)

  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Write high-performing ad copy and conduct message testing.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance trends.
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate creative iteration, copy variation, and optimization insights.

SEO Execution

  • Conduct keyword research and support on-page optimization.
  • Produce data-informed content briefs using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Optimize metadata, headings, and page content aligned with SEO best practices.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Interpret performance dashboards built in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Analyze campaign results and surface insights that inform optimization decisions.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 3–5 years in a digital marketing role with strong focus on paid media and SEO.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or biotech marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in small or fast-growing agencies is an advantage.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, or AI platforms (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT API workflows) are a plus.
