We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a skincare and retail consultancy, for the position below:
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Work Mode: Full Time
Work Hours:,9 am-6 pm; Mondays- Fridays;
Job Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving product sales while delivering exceptional in-store customer experience. You will support clients through their purchasing journey—from initial inquiry to product recommendations, complaint resolution, and after-sales follow-up. This role combines sales performance, customer engagement, and service recovery while maintaining high service standards that strengthen client loyalty and repeat business.
Responsibilities:
- Engage walk-in clients and provide personalized product recommendations based on their skincare needs.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products, treatments, and ongoing promotions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via in-store conversations, phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information about products, treatment offerings, and pricing to guide client decisions.
- Follow up with clients after purchases or treatments to check satisfaction, encourage reorders, and gather feedback.
- Manage and resolve complaints with empathy, ensuring timely and appropriate service recovery.
- Document interactions, sales activities, and client feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or technical/clinical staff as required.
- Support client retention efforts through rebooking, referral prompts, loyalty program invitations, and membership sales.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and training provided.
- Track and report key sales and service indicators such as conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and repeat visit rates.
- Ensure the store environment is welcoming, well-organized, and compliant with customer communication and sales protocols.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Previous experience in retail, wellness, healthcare or spa is a plus
