Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and strong problem-solving abilities. This role is essential in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing prompt and accurate assistance, managing inquiries efficiently, and supporting overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and empathy
- Manage incoming calls, resolve issues, and direct customers to the appropriate department when necessary
- Process customer orders, returns, and account updates accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions using CRM or database systems
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Support team members by sharing product or service information and assisting with escalated cases
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other digital tools for documentation, communication, and reporting
- Assist with scheduling appointments or coordinating services as needed
- Handle administrative tasks related to customer service, such as preparing correspondence or tracking service metrics
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about company updates and policies
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with CRM systems or customer database software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for assisting diverse customers
- Prior experience in a call center, retail, or office-based customer service role preferred
