Bossible is a sophisticated, high-end, all-encompassing B2B marketing firm dedicated to helping small to mid-sized businesses “Find Your Inner Boss”. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Branding Designer to join our growing team. You’ll be a key player in helping out clients define their brand identity and positioning to inform marketing and business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute art direction for various branding and marketing campaigns.
- Design logos, branding materials, and visual assets that enhance brand identity using Canva and Adobe Illustator.
- Produce high-quality digital art, illustrations, and layouts for web and print media
- Design user interfaces (UI design) and web pages utilizing WordPress or other website software.
- Manage typography, color management, and layout design to ensure visual consistency across projects
- Edit photos through photo manipulation techniques and ensure optimal presentation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Prepare files for print manufacturing or sign production.
- Maintain awareness of current design trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design, web design, and digital art.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Extensive B2B branding experience.
- Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with UI/UX tools
- Strong skills in logo design, branding, and overall visual identity development.
- Familiarity with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to manage projects using content management systems like WordPress.
- Expertise in digital art creation, photo manipulation, and illustration techniques.
- Understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and print production processes.
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate concepts effectively to clients or team members.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of graphic design work across digital and print media. Please provide a link to the portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills and can confidently present your work to executives.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
