As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers seeking technical assistance. You will provide support and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolutions to technical issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Assist users with password resets, account creations, and other IT-related tasks.
- Document help desk interactions and resolutions for future reference.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of IT systems, network protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
