About the Role:
The People Operations Analyst will serve as a Motive culture ambassador contributing to a positive employee experience from day one. This role implements and supports human resources programs, policies, and practices, ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include supporting New Hire Orientation, onboarding, and offboarding, responding to employee service requests within SLA timeframes, and managing HRIS data and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for HR programs and assist employees and internal teams with various policies and practices.
- Oversee new hire onboarding, and offboarding to promote a positive employee experience.
- Efficiently handle employee service requests within established SLAs, addressing inquiries and finding effective solutions to a global team.
- Proactively manage HRIS data quality, run audit reports and monitor workflows for opportunities to reduce complexity and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline HR processes for greater efficiency and scalability, including exploring and leveraging AI tools and solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A solid understanding of HR operations, including how a strong onboarding program contributes to a positive employee experience.
- Highly resourceful and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and clear communication habits, ensuring process adherence and effective problem-solving.
- Exceptional self-direction, demonstrating proactive initiative, accountability, and comfort with autonomy in a remote work environment.
- 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar role, preferably in the technology industry, with 2+ years of Workday experience.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience, coupled with a commitment to confidentiality and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
