We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is a proactive communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping people. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services and account details.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address recurring customer concerns.
Monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
Follow company policies, procedures and performance standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems and support tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
