Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for technology sales, with experience in B2B sales environments. This role involves engaging with potential clients through telemarketing, warm calling, and outbound calling strategies to drive business development and foster lasting customer relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage leads and track sales activities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce for managing leads and sales pipelines
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to engage in telemarketing and outbound calling effectively
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support business development initiatives
