About Us
OTGS – the creators of WPML, the leading multilingual WordPress plugin, and PTC, our innovative SaaS platform – is building a cutting-edge translation system powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). We’re a small, autonomous team pushing the limits of AI, aiming to deliver translations beyond human quality at a massive scale.
We’re looking for an experienced developer who’s excited to take ownership, solve complex technical challenges, and help shape the future of AI-driven translation.
Responsibilities:
- Build and refine our LLM-driven translation system.
- Experiment with multiple models, fine-tune prompts, and scale reliably across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Take full ownership of solving complex challenges in a flat, innovation-driven team.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with RoR.
- Experience with APIs and testing.
- Proven experience building and optimizing systems with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem-solving mindset.
