We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Representatives – Travel! Responsibilities:

As a Customer Representative – Travel, you’ll work closely with clients to bring their dream vacations to life by:

  • Personalizing Every Trip: Learn each client’s travel preferences to create customized resort, cruise, and adventure experiences.
  • Organizing Travel Logistics: Arrange flights, accommodations, ground transportation, dining reservations, and activities.
  • Designing Smooth Itineraries: Build complete, seamless travel schedules for individuals and groups.
  • Providing Ongoing Support: Assist clients with questions or adjustments before and during their trips.
  • Collaborating with Vendors: Communicate with travel suppliers, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators to confirm bookings and special requests.
  • Ensuring Accuracy: Review details to make sure every itinerary is correct and meets client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for others
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Comfort with using online booking tools and web-based research
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Previous customer service, administrative, hospitality, or travel experience is a plus (but not required)

  • Reside in or hold citizenship in: United States, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Germany, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, and Uruguay.
